How Can We Help?

The Help Center answers the most common questions about ordering, wallet credits, delivery, and reseller accounts. Most answers take less than a minute to read — if you need more, our team is on Telegram and the Contact page.

Creating an Account

Adding Funds

  1. Open your dashboard and go to Add Funds.
  2. Choose an available payment method — cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC, BTC) or the checkout option shown for your country.
  3. Follow the invoice instructions exactly, including the network and any memo/tag.
  4. Credits appear in your wallet after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

Payment not credited yet? Blockchain confirmations can take a few minutes. If the balance is still missing after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction hash.

Placing an Order

  1. Browse Services or Products and open the item you need.
  2. Read the service description, requirements, and estimated delivery time.
  3. Enter the required details — IMEI, serial number, model, carrier, or files. Double-check them: wrong details can make an order ineligible for a refund.
  4. Submit the order. Credits are deducted only when the order is submitted.
  5. Track progress from Order History in your dashboard.

Delivery Times

Every service page shows its own estimated delivery time. Delivery can vary with supplier queues, device status, carrier response, API availability, or manual review. If an order is still pending after the maximum stated delivery time, contact support with the order ID — orders that were never processed are refundable under the Refund Policy.

Orders That Need a PC Tool

Some services — for example gsmtool–based jobs — require the supplier's desktop software on your computer. When a service needs a tool, its page shows a notice with the download and setup steps before you order, so there are no surprises.
